Participation is solely for entertainment and community engagement.

6. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their accounts and authentication credentials.

A username may be changed only upon reasonable request submitted to support.

7. Fair Play Rules

8. Referral Program

• Referrals cannot be exchanged for money.
• Referrals do not create contractual entitlement.

Self-referrals, fake referrals, automated referrals, or any attempt to manipulate referral statistics are prohibited.

The operator reserves the right to remove fraudulent referral activity.

9. Rankings, Statistics and Hall of Fame

The Service may display rankings, statistics, achievements, badges, referrals, wins, streaks, and Hall of Fame entries.

• Correct errors.
• Remove invalid entries.
• Remove fraudulent results.
• Recalculate rankings where abuse is detected.

No ranking position is guaranteed.

10. Suspension and Termination

The operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary.

• Multi-account abuse
• Automated use
• Referral fraud
• Cheating
• Misuse of the platform
• Violations of these Terms

The operator may also remove content or statistics associated with abusive activity.

11. Availability of the Service

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

• No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
• No guarantee of error-free operation.
• No guarantee of permanent availability of any feature.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

14. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account by contacting todaysnumbergame@gmail.com.

Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be announced through the Service.

Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Hungarian law.
